For us the data protection is not a purely formal aspect and consequently the protection of the user’s personal data is very important to us. We treat user data with the utmost care and confidentiality and use it only according to the terms of the current provisions on data protection and, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulation (the “Regulation”)

Responsibility for the processing of personal data

Ledial is responsible for the processing of user data in a lawful manner.

 

Processing of obtained data  

When the user visits our website, we store the name of the user’s internet provider, the website from which the visit originates, our websites visited by the user, the date and duration of the visit, the information of the device (brand, model, operating system) and the web browser used. We also collect the user’s IP address.

We treat usage data to facilitate user access to our services in technical terms (eg to adapt our services to the terminal device used) and to recognize and block any improper use. For more information, continue reading about the Log files.

We also use the data in anonymous form for statistical purposes and to improve our website. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is constituted by Article 6 (1) first sub-paragraph (f) of the Regulation.

 

Log files

Log files are automatically generated by your browser / device when you access our website, due to IT security issues. For example, when you log in to ledial.it, our servers record information that your browser automatically sends to any other website. These logs can include information such as the operating system used, browser, incoming and outgoing URLs, number of clicks, arrival pages, page views and other information. However, we do not associate this information with the following, ie those collected directly from our site.

 

The information we collect

We can collect information about the identity of the user, for example full name, phone number, email, or similar, when an account is registered or when any of our forms on the site are filled out. If the user decides to buy one of our products, we or those who (for us (third-party) process the payment, can collect information about it.

Through this information, we can send emails of various kinds, relating for example to the latest news or our services. If you wish to avoid receiving these, you can cancel the account or remove the email list subscription at any time.

Use of cookies

Web analysis using Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics also use cookies, text files stored on the user’s computer that allow the user to analyze the use of the website. The Ledial website uses Google Analytics with the additional function of anonymizing the IP address.

Only in exceptional cases the entire IP address of the user will be transmitted to the Google server located in the USA and shortened upon arrival.

Google use the information on behalf of Ledial for the purpose of evaluating the use of the website by the user, drawing up reports on the activity of the website and making the website operator additional services connected to the website and to Internet use. The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser as part of Google Analytics will not be combined with other Google data.

Users can avoid storing cookies on their computer by selecting the appropriate setting in their browser software; however, we point out that in this case the user may not be able to use all the functions of this website to the maximum extent permitted. Newsletter and order of printed material

If the user wishes to receive our Newsletter, he needs to provide his e-mail address, title (sig./sig.ra) and last name. Additional information may be provided voluntarily. The date and time of the request are stored, as well as the verification of the e-mail address, the confirmation of the data protection policy and the newsletter form. These data is stored exclusively to send the Newsletter to the applicant and to detect any improper use of the e-mail address. In case of order of printed material through the site, we need the personal information of the sender, such as name and postal address. This information is only required to process the request correctly. The applicant’s data is used only to the extent required for this purpose. Where necessary, if for example the request is an order of printed material supplied by a company other than Ledial, the applicant’s data will be forwarded to the other company if this is necessary for the processing of the order. Duration of use data processing

The personal data processed during the visit to our website is stored for a period of 180 days. Data of the interested parties indicated in this section will be deleted if their knowledge is no longer necessary for the purposes described, except for provisions of law that require a longer period of data retention.

 

Rights of interested parties

Interested parties have the right to be informed of the personal data processed by Ledial and, as provided by the relevant legal provisions, the right to rectification, cancellation and limitation of processing. They also have the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, commonly used and device readable format. The right to transfer such data to another data controller is also included. If feasible from a technical point of view, interested parties can ask Ledial to transfer personal data directly to another data controller.
